CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT: cheque of 2000 Euros or equivalence in money of the country of the tenant (cheque cancelled if all is ok).
We ask a “holiday resorts” insurance certificate often included with the insurance of the main house.

Pets are not allowed or under conditions.
Don't smoke inside the villa. It is allowed outside by respecting the guidelines.
